There are many many points of interest in Los Angeles if you have not been here. For both travelers and amateur photographers, the LA observatory is a place you must go see. It is not far, about 20 to 30 min from LA downtown. Just drive to this address:

You can park in the parking space in front of the observatory or along the road. It opens till 10 pm so you can see the spectacular sight of LA at night.
